Howdy ya’ll….

okay so it’s been a month since all this hullabaloo started with my jobby job.. so this will officially be my 3rd week not working.. and you know what .. I think I’m finally feeling better, if not good with it.  I’ve gone thru so many different emotions… up and down… not feeling social… not wanting to be around too many people.. last Monday was the shift.. Peter and I had a ‘Come to Jesus’ talk and two things were clear.. I need to NOT look at the whole big picture as it’s just too overwhelming.. spending LOTS of money on this wedding.. and what I’m going to do next… I need to break it up into little pieces then It doesn’t seem so overwhelming…etc… then theres the I need to stay busy side… I am a Type A person.. I have a hard time resting.. too much of nothing to do makes me revert back to looking at the big picture.. and I need to avoid that.. So thankfully I started Volunteering at the National Building Museum Gift Shop.  Last nite I was getting ready to go to bed.. and it hit me that I missed my job… Missed everyone.. and looking out onto the Potomac River.. sitting in my awesome station… Surrounded by all my positive things… I miss my job. Does that sound crazy? I have gone around and around in my head about what I want to do.. I have no answer for that.  I really don’t know. It’s like my heart is broken. That’s how this feels anyway. Still trying to grapple with the emotions of it all.

Today I am up earlier than usual… going into DC today for a haircut at my favorite place. Aveda! Then I might go to the flower farm where you can cut flowers.. I am excited to bring my camera and take pics of the beautiful flowers. Then to Yoga with my wonderful teacher Jill.

Random Thought: I love the movie The Darjeeling Limited – The colors, the awesome quick editing.. the acting rocks, India… Love it.  If you haven’t seen it and like independent movies… definitely check it out.

Tomorrow I have an appointment to have my dress altered.. Kristine is going to come and be with me.. I wub her. My sparkly girlfriend Roxanne is coming too..

Another Random Thought.. a wonderful friend of mine Crocheted a Red Blanket for Peter and I as a wedding gift. SO AWESOME!!!! Thank You!
