Hiety Ho my lovelies…

How are you? Thursday.. okay I’ll admit it.. it’s 3pm and I’m ready to get out of work… I feel listless.. antsy.. want to break free and dance like they do at the end of Footloose! I have two days (well one and a half really) of ME time! Peter has to work and it’s just me me me! Whatever suits my fancy.. Get a Pedicure? Maybe. Shop for smaller jeans cause I have saggy butt in the ones I have now? Maybe. Burn some insense, put some Rubber gloves on, pull up my sleeves and clean the HECK out of our place? Um.. why not! So many options.. I feel giddy! I want to finish a book that’s taken me forever and a day to get through.. and do some errands (Get Pez’ nails clipped/Go to Aveda for more Candles/Kitty food) and Laundry. Our Wedding BBQ is in two weekends and I want to have the house in Tip Top Shape for our guests! Then Peter and I are leaving to go to New Jersey Saturday evening.. I’ll be honest.. I’m not looking forward to the long drive; to and fro.. but oh well.. Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. Peter wants to visit his grandma.. and his mom… So AWAY we go!

So did you see our latest video? I’ll admit it wasn’t our best.. but Peter kinda sprung it on me and I wasn’t necessarily Feeling the Video Mojo. Oh well they’ll be more where that came from i’m sure. Hope whatever you do this weekend.. You have FUN!!!

PS: Happy Birthday Davina!!!! I hope we go Dancing Friday nite and shake our booties! I know I need some good dance time!!!  ESPECIALLY if it’s dancing to Reggae Music!!

So excited.. I have almost all the parts necessary to do the Favors for the Wedding. I promised Peter I wouldn’t give away any more of the surprises.. but I am SURE that our guests will really enjoy what we have in store! tee hee.

Okay I just have to say this… How awesome my Peter is… Okay last weekend I went to spend time with my sister… we went to the Rascal Flatts Concert (It was AWESOME!!!!) then went to try on the wedding dress they have at the shop (cause mine isn’t in yet) at Macys for my project i’m working on. Well my car was shaking a bit when driving at 70 mph so I told Peter.. Monday we swapped cars and he went had it checked. Front two tires were bald so He went ahead and bought 2 new tires.. had them put on and then had my car washed! How awesome is HE!!!! VERY! I felt really blessed that Peter will go ahead and just do what has to be done for me.. I was a bit overwhelmed i’ll admit. It was really nice of him.

A quick 3 things 2 things I think is in order:

3 things that make me happy:

1. Looking SO AMAZING in the wedding dress I’m going to wear! Holy Moly.. I didn’t want to take it off.. I can’t wait to wear it for hours and hours! (I have a picture of me in it.. if you want to see – IT’S TOP SECRET.. PETER CANNOT SEE IT! then email me)
2. Seeing FINAL on the Invitations (Thank You my Beautiful Kyra!) I can’t WAIT for everyone to see them!! They are so US!!! Kyra – you did an amazing job!!!
3. Looking out the window here at work…watching the sailboats on the Potomac River –  knowing I have a THREE Day weekend ahead of me!!!

2 things that i look forward to today:

1. Getting outta here a smidge early so I can run early and get it over with for the day (I had a hard run yesterday for some reason.. overheating)
2. Hanging out with Kim tonite – Going to Ragtime in Arlington.. never been there.. It’ll be nice to be out and about!

2 long term things I look forward to:

1. Yoga on Saturday with my favorite teacher Jill!
2. Sleeping in tomorrow morning!!! Yahoo!!!!

1 person i am going to appreciate:
Kyra – in the middle of her moving and packing… she’s found time to do the invitations and other stuff for our wedding. Kyra I really want you to know how Grateful I am… I know it’s a busy time for you.. but you have fit me in.. and I am really thankful. I am excited.. Kyra and I are going to meet halfway for the weekend in Roanoke, VA July 24-26th.. Going to hang out.. eat yummy food.. go to a music festival and talk about our new exciting project.. (More Details to Come!)
